Data Collection

Dya collects only the data necessary to provide our medical transcription services. This includes audio recordings of consultations, which are processed to generate transcripts and notes.

Data Storage

All data is stored in Switzerland, protected by Swiss privacy law (nFADP) and GDPR. Audio recordings are deleted immediately after processing.

Data Security

We use TLS 1.3 for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access is controlled through role-based permissions with complete audit logging.

Your Rights
